Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the soccer player matching and SNS service "LinXtart" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company.
2. All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the meanings of the following terms are as defined in each item:

1. "Company": LinXtart Inc.
2. "Service": The soccer player matching and SNS application provided by the Company
3. "Users": All individuals who use the Service
4. "Player Users": Individuals who use the Service as soccer players
5. "Team Users": Individuals or organizations who use the Service as universities, club teams, etc.
6. "Content": Text, audio, images, videos, and other information
7. "Posted Content": Content posted by Users on the Service

Article 3 (User Registration)

1. Those who wish to use the Service must agree to these Terms and apply for user registration according to the method prescribed by the Company.
2. The Company may refuse registration if the registration applicant falls under any of the following:
   • If there is a risk of violating these Terms
   • If there are false statements, errors, or omissions in the registration information
   • If they are under 13 years of age
   • If the Company otherwise deems user registration inappropriate

Article 4 (User Account Management)

1. Users shall manage their user accounts at their own responsibility.
2. Users must not allow third parties to use their account information.
3. Users shall be responsible for any damages arising from inadequate management of account information.

Article 5 (Service Content)

The Service provides the following functions:

1. Matching Function: Matching between soccer players and universities/club teams
2. Profile Function: Display of player information and team information
3. Video Posting Function: Posting and viewing of play videos
4. Communication Function: Messaging and comment functions between users
5. Search Function: Search for players and teams
6. Other Functions: Functions that the Company adds from time to time

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

1. Legal Violations

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities

2. Prohibited Acts Related to Posted Content

• Posting false information
• Posting content that infringes on copyright, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights
• Posting obscene, violent, or discriminatory content
• Posting content that defames others

3. Prohibited Acts Related to Matching and Communication

• Use for business, advertising, or solicitation purposes
• Inappropriate use for dating or romantic purposes
• Acts that constitute stalking behavior
• Acts involving monetary demands or transactions

4. Prohibited Acts Related to Systems

• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access acts
• Acts that exploit bugs
• Use of automation tools

5. Other Prohibited Acts

• Creating multiple accounts
• Impersonating other users
• Acts that cause trouble to the Company or third parties
• Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 7 (Handling of Posted Content)

1. Users grant the Company the following rights regarding posted content:
   • Use, reproduction, and display on the Service
   • Use for promotional and advertising purposes of the Service (only after obtaining individual consent in advance)
2. The Company may delete posted content without prior notice if it falls under any of the following:
   • If it violates these Terms
   • If it violates laws
   • If it infringes on the rights of third parties
   • If the Company otherwise deems it inappropriate
3. Users guarantee the following regarding posted content:
   • That they have the rights to it
   • That it does not infringe on the rights of third parties
   • That it does not violate laws

Article 8 (Privacy Protection)

1. The Company appropriately handles users' personal information in accordance with the separately defined Privacy Policy.
2. Users must not use personal information obtained from other users for purposes other than matching.
3. Users must handle personal information of minors with particular care.

Article 9 (Usage Fees)

1. The basic functions of the Service can be used free of charge.
2. For paid plans or paid functions, you must pay the fees specified in the separate fee schedule.
3. Paid fees will not be refunded in principle.

Article 10 (Account Suspension and Deletion)

1. The Company may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if users fall under any of the following:
   • If they violate these Terms
   • If they have not used the Service for an extended period
   • If the Company otherwise deems it necessary
2. When an account is deleted, all data related to that user will be deleted.

Article 11 (Service Changes and Termination)

1. The Company may change or terminate the content of the Service with prior notice.
2. We will notify users at least 30 days in advance of service termination.
3. The Company assumes no responsibility for damages arising from service changes or termination.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company assumes no responsibility for the following:
   • Troubles between users
   • Guarantee of successful matching
   • Truthfulness and accuracy of posted content
   • Service interruption or suspension
   • System malfunctions or bugs
2. The Company assumes no responsibility for damages incurred by users, except in cases where the Company has intent or gross negligence.

Article 13 (Damage Compensation)

When the Company bears liability for damage compensation to users, the amount shall be limited to the total amount of usage fees paid by the user to the Company in the most recent 12 months.

Article 14 (Changes to Terms)

1. The Company may change these Terms as necessary.
2. Important changes will be notified within the Service at least 30 days in advance.
3. If you cannot agree to the changed terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
2. In the event of disputes related to these Terms or the Service, Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction court of first instance.
